Final exams, young love and unanswered affections in a Hungarian gem.
Summer in Budapest. Ábel needt to focus on his final exams, but his love for his best friend Janka keeps distracting him. Janka is completely occupied with her unanswered love for her married history teacher, who is tied up in a conflict with Ábel's conservative father. As Ábel's situation becomes a national scandal, the tensions of a polarised society are exposed.
