About workshop Ballroom 101
Welcome to Ballroom 1010 where Legendary Mother Amber Vineyard breaks down and walks through the elements and history of Vogue and how the art of posing and walking the runway serve as important tools needed to move through the world with confidence.
This class is OTA (open to all genders)
Wear what you feel comfortable in. In class we will go through both feminine and masculine energies. If you would like to bring heels with you, it is not required, however they are welcome. It’s really up to how you would like to express your self. Most importantly, “Leave your virginity at the door”.
Over House of Vineyard
House of Vineyard was founded in 2014 by Mother Amber Vineyard. The internationally recognized House consists of about 30 people and growing. Together with Father Elly Vineyard they have found chosen family in each other. Since its establishment, it has continued to be of great impact, trail-blazing for ballroom culture. Fostering community, providing educational spaces while challenging conventions in and outside of the ballroom scene. Besides its major contribution in organizing and participating in balls, House of Vineyard facilitates affordable community classes and shares their knowledge and family values during takeovers at art schools and stages across the country.
